- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen spinach completely, using a microwave if necessary. Squeeze out excess water.
- Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to reach room temperature or microwaving it in short intervals.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Stir in minced garlic, diced red onion, dried dill, and onion powder until well distributed.
- Mix in the prepared spinach and chopped water chestnuts gently to avoid overmixing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and fold in grated Parmesan cheese if using.
- Chill the dip in an airtight container for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve cold with your favorite dippers and garnish as desired.
