Instructions

  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  8. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F.
