Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish (like tilapia or cod)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the fish with the seasoning mixture.
- Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on the tortilla and topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado.
- Serve with lime wedges.
