Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (like tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo or salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the fish with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on the tortilla and topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
