- 1 tbsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 0.25 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Italian Flat Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Clean and rinse the lobster tails under cold water to eliminate debris.
- Using kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster shells without cutting into the meat.
- Remove the dark vein and other debris from the lobster meat.
- Prepare the steak butter marinade by mixing butter, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Apply the marinade generously to each lobster tail, ensuring both the top and bottom receive attention.
- Preheat your grill for direct cooking.
- Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
- Grill until the meat turns opaque and the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Remove the lobster tails and squeeze half a lemon juice over each.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
