Description

A delightful dish of grilled lobster tails that combines tender meat with smoky flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Lobster Tails (butterflied)
  • 2.5 tbsp Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian Flat Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean and rinse the lobster tails under cold water to eliminate debris.
  2. Using kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster shells without cutting into the meat.
  3. Remove the dark vein and other debris from the lobster meat.
  4. Prepare the steak butter marinade by mixing butter, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Apply the marinade generously to each lobster tail, ensuring both the top and bottom receive attention.
  6. Preheat your grill for direct cooking.
  7. Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
  8. Grill until the meat turns opaque and the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  9. Remove the lobster tails and squeeze half a lemon juice over each.
  10. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Patience is key; let the grill work its magic without fussing too much.
