Instructions
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large pot. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is translucent.
- Stir in beef broth, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the beef mixture, cover, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
