Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package directions.
- Cook the ground beef with the diced onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange those pieces on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven according to biscuit package directions, until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
