Description

A comforting and delicious ground beef and biscuit bake that combines hearty meat, savory vegetables, and fluffy biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package directions.
  2. Cook the ground beef with the diced onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange those pieces on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven according to biscuit package directions, until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
