- 2 tbsp (30 ml) diced red onion
- 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chickpea hummus
- 1 tsp (5 ml) mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cucumber juice, optional
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tuna, celery, and red onion. Mix them together thoroughly.
- Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until everything is evenly blended.
