Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  3. Cook chicken pieces until browned.

  5. Add chicken broth, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
