- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth in a large bowl; let it sit for a few minutes.
- Mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Incorporate the chicken mixture into the stuffing mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
You can prepare the dish a day in advance and just store it in the refrigerator before baking. For variations, consider different vegetables or types of cheese.
