- 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) jalapenos
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) juice from jalapeno jar
- 5 tsp (8 ml) smoked paprika
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) hot sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 8 oz (227 g) shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Slice the chicken thighs into two pieces and remove any extra fat.
- Apply your chosen BBQ rub to the chicken and cook it using your preferred method until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, then set aside.
- If desired, lightly toast the slider buns for added texture.
- Place half of the shredded cheddar on the bottom halves of the slider buns, followed by placing a chicken thigh on each roll.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped jalapenos, ranch dressing, jalapeno juice, and smoked paprika, stirring until the mixture is well blended.
- Drizzle the ranch mixture over each piece of chicken.
- Top with the remaining cheddar before adding the top halves of the slider buns.
- Wrap the sliders in foil and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
- Optionally, brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter and sprinkle with a touch of garlic salt or BBQ rub for added flavor. Enjoy!
