- 3 large eggs
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 gallon chocolate ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 26 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Slice the chocolate ice cream block in half lengthwise.
- Position the two ice cream slabs side by side on waxed paper with the cooled cake on top.
- Smooth the seams and carefully flip the cake using a board or serving platter.
- Cover the top with waxed paper and freeze until firm.
