- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.
- Let the cheesecakes cool in the pan before transferring them to the refrigerator.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
