- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Layer the chicken mixture over the chips, then top with the remaining tortilla chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
