- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with diced onion in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
