Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef with diced onion in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
