Delightful sliders made with shredded rotisserie chicken, creamy mayonnaise, and rich cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally, placing the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Layer the cheese slices over the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Brush the melted butter mixed with parsley and poppy seeds (if using) over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
