- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs in batches, turning until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
Notes
To keep meatballs moist, do not overwork the mixture. These meatballs store well in the refrigerator for up to four days.
