Description

A creamy and rich pasta dish that combines fettuccine, ground beef, crispy bacon, and a blend of cheeses for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider tossing in diced onions or bell peppers with the ground beef. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
