Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground turkey or chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and cauliflower to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
