Ingredients

- 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced zucchinis, shredded cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
