Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced zucchinis, shredded cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
