Instructions
- Pour 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar dressing into the bottom of a large, wide-mouth mason jar, then begin layering the following ingredients in this sequence: cucumbers, carrots, chickpeas, tomatoes, quinoa, vegan feta, roasted sunflower seeds, and romaine lettuce.
- Secure the lid on the jar and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
