  • 1/4 cup (60 g) seasoned chickpeas, I just heat them in a pan and stir with cumin, garlic, salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) purple cabbage
  • 1/3 cup (65 g) cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups (60 g) mixed salad greens, washed, torn and dried

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the purple cabbage at the base of the mason jar once it has cooled.
  2. Follow by adding a layer of seasoned chickpeas next.
  3. Introduce the roasted sweet potato cubes as the subsequent layer.
  4. Finish by topping with the mixed salad greens.
  5. If you wish to warm any components, separate them onto a plate and heat them individually.
