  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard in a separate small bowl for the glaze.
  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
