- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Incorporate the ground beef, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked through.
- Warm the pita pockets either in the oven or microwave.
- Fill each pita pocket with a generous portion of the beef mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the filled pockets before serving.
