A vibrant and refreshing salad combining cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and feta cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by halving the cherry tomatoes, dicing the cucumber and bell pepper, and slicing the red onion.
  2. Pit and halve the kalamata olives.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
