- 1 box Chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- French fried onions, to top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chicken Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with a layer of French fried onions.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
