- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
- 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded rotisserie chicken, fresh spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the Monterey Jack cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and gently fold it into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle French fried onions on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuit is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with seasonings like garlic powder or onion powder for additional flavor.
