- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup asparagus, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and asparagus, cooking until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the cooked penne pasta with the sauce and mix to coat evenly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
