Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
