- 1 pound jumbo wild-caught shrimp
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 hot dog buns or lobster rolls
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the jumbo shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and let them cool.
- Chop the cooked shrimp into large chunks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat butter in a skillet and toast the buns until golden brown.
- Stuff the shrimp mixture into the toasted buns and serve immediately.
