- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Adding a pinch of red pepper flakes can introduce a delightful heat.
