Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
