Ingredients

Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Sear the steaks until golden brown and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the onions until deep golden brown.
- Sprinkle in flour to create a roux, then gradually stir in beef broth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and thyme; allow to simmer and thicken.
