A rich and creamy dessert featuring layers of Oreo cookie crust, cookies and cream ice cream, and hot fudge sauce, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart cookies and cream ice cream
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- Whipped topping (for garnish)
- Additional crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Spoon the cookies and cream ice cream over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos, if desired.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
For best results, let the butter cool slightly before mixing it with the cookie crumbs to prevent melting the ice cream. Use softened ice cream for easy spreading.
