- 8 oz (227 g) burrata cheese
- 3 peaches
- 4 slices beef prosciutto, cut into quarter pieces
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) basil, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt, add more to taste on top of salad
Instructions
- Slice the peaches in half, take out the pit, and cut each half into eight wedges.
- Combine the white vinegar and olive oil with a quarter teaspoon of sea salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir together until well blended, then put aside.
- Lay out the peach slices on a serving dish and intersperse with the pieces of beef prosciutto.
- Place the whole burrata on the platter and pour the vinaigrette over it. Sprinkle the chopped basil and a bit more sea salt on top. Enjoy it as is or pair it with some toasted bread.
