Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower into even-sized florets.
- Toss the florets in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet without crowding.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway.
- Optional: Sprinkle parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately or cool and store for later.
