Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 ounces)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve hot.
