- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 ounces)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, consider adding red pepper flakes to the mixture.
