Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl.
- Incorporate the dry stuffing mix with the melted butter, ensuring it combines well.
- Set aside half of this mixture for later use as a topping on the casserole.
- Stir in the pulled rotisserie chicken, diced zucchinis, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream into the remaining stuffing mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the reserved stuffing on top.
