Delicious salted caramel apple crumble bars made with a crumbly oat crust, tender apple slices, and a luscious layer of salted caramel.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, salt, and baking soda. Mix until crumbly.
- Press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Arrange the sliced apples over the crust and drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Choose firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for the best results. Allow bars to cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
