Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream (or mayonnaise)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic or garlic paste
  • 12 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Use an immersion blender, food processor, or regular blender to puree until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning or heat as desired.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
