- 5 large eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl, keeping aside 2 tablespoons for brushing on top of the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean work surface and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
- Place half a slice of Cheddar cheese on each triangle.
- Spoon a small portion of scrambled eggs onto each triangle and add one sausage link.
- Starting at the wide end of each triangle, gently roll the dough around the sausage and eggs, tucking in the sides slightly. Place each roll-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each roll-up with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

Notes
For a sweet twist, consider adding cooked bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup before rolling.
