- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional for spice)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine everything well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added texture, consider incorporating vegetables such as bell peppers or snow peas. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
