Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Shred the leftover rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, gochujang, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Toss the shredded chicken in the marinade until well coated and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken along with all the marinade. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving. Adjust gochujang for more heat as desired.
