Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to biscuit package instructions.
  2. Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
