- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to biscuit package instructions.
- Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the biscuits are golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm as a main dish or appetizer.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, chill the seafood mixture for about an hour before filling the biscuits. Experiment with spices for a personal twist.
