Ingredients

- 1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- Toss shrimp with chili powder, salt, and pepper; let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave until soft.
- Assemble tacos by adding cabbage, shrimp, avocado slices, cilantro, and a drizzle of lime-infused sour cream.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
