- 1 cup diced onions

- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef or turkey, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced potatoes and Sloppy Joe sauce.
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
