- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté the diced onions for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden and sweet.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, draining excess fat if necessary.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowl by layering crispy potatoes, cooked beef, onions, cheese, sauce, greens, and pickles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
