Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 810 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  8. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  9. Add Parmesan cheese, and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
  10. Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet to coat in the sauce.
  11. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating crushed red pepper flakes or substituting Parmesan cheese with feta or gouda.
