- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the tomato and spinach mixture. Toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
