- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh sage leaves for garnish
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika, fresh sage, and thyme.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Use older eggs for easier peeling. Chill deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
