Instructions
- Cut watermelon into chunks and blend until liquefied.
- Strain watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the watermelon juice.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
- Add cold water and mix thoroughly.
- Optional: Add muddled mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Serve over ice, garnished with watermelon slices and lemon wedges.
