- 1 bottle white grape juice (946 ml)
- 1 cup peach nectar, strained (240 ml)
- 2/3 cup peach juice (160 ml)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (60 ml)
- 2–3 large fresh peaches, washed, pitted, and sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water (240 ml)
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Clean 3 peaches, peeling them if preferred. Halve them, remove the pits, and blend in a processor with a bit of water. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture into a bowl using a fine mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
- Combine the white grape juice, peach nectar, peach juice, orange juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
- Include the peach slices and optional lemon slices. Mix thoroughly, then refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours, and up to 24 hours. After a day, take out the lemon slices to prevent any bitterness from the rind.
- When it’s time to serve, pour the mixture into glasses until they are three-quarters full, and add a splash of sparkling water. Optionally, serve over ice and decorate with fresh mint.

- Blend fresh peaches with water for a smoother texture before straining.
- Enhance the flavor by adding lemon slices to the pitcher before refrigerating.
